1. Program Description
Starry Night Lights LLC offers an SMS messaging program to provide marketing information, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and service updates to subscribers who opt in.
2. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Starry Night Lights LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA best practices.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send messages outside of 8AM–8PM local time unless specifically requested.

7. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Content of Messages
Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment reminders, and other content related to permanent LED lighting installation services.
10. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications.
11. Limitation of Liability
Starry Night Lights LLC is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of text messages, nor for any damages arising from your participation in the SMS program, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
